Ingredients

  • 1 box of Frisa®’s Carpaccio
  • 100ml of olive oil
  • 50ml of mustard
  • 10g of capers
  • 30g of grated cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation Steps

1. Stir the liquids and season with salt and pepper.

2. Put Frisa®’s Carpaccio in a plate and water with the liquid.

3. Spread the capers and sprinkle the cheese on the top.

Side dish: toasted bread

Matches with:
– Wines: Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère and Merlot.
– Beers: Irish Red Ale and Belgian Pale Ale.
