Ingredients
- 500g of Frisa®’s Cupim Gordo
- 4 oranges-baía
- 4 Tahiti lemons
- 2 onions
- 4 garlic cloves
- 5 spoons (of soup) of olive oil
- 1 spoon (of soup) of honey
- Salt and black pepper to taste
1. Separate two oranges and two lemons, cut in half, squeeze the juice and keep it.
2. Slice the onion and the garlic, keep them.
3. Prepare a plastic bag and put Frisa®’s Cupim, the lemon and orange juice, two spoons of olive oil, honey, the onion and garlic in slices. Stir the ingredients and leave resting overnight (marinada).
4. After resting, prepare in a tray, water with 4 spoons (of soup) of olive oil, slice the onion, the lemon and the orange and put Frisa®’s Cupim Gordo.
5. Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
6. Remove Frisa®’s Cupim Gordo and do not discard anything from the marinada. In a pan in high heat, add a spoon (of soup) of olive oil and sear the meat on both sides for 2 minutes.
7. After searing, put the meat in the tray, put salt and black pepper to taste, put the marinada, cover with aluminum paper and leave for 2 hours in the oven. Then, remove the aluminum paper and leave for more 1 hour.
8. Serve next.
Side dish: Brazilian Sauce (campanha sauce with acerola)
