Ingredients

  • 500g of Frisa®’s Carne Moída
  • 100g of onion cream
  • 20g of powder garlic
  • 20g of hot paprika
  • 20g of oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation Steps

1. Stir all the ingredients until the meat is more stuck together.

2. Make hamburgers of approximately 200g and leave them resting for 10 minutes.

3. Heat a frying pan with a dash of olive oil and sear the hamburgers for 4 minutes of each side. Leave resting for 5 minutes.

Side dish: roasted potatoes

Matches with:
– Wines: Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
– Beers: Dry stout, Bock, Dark lager and Porter.
