Frisa® must always be present in a transparent way to contribute to the community development, performing the citizenship and the social responsibility. Our ethic posture sees the citizenship as a practice to be developed internally, recruiting and qualifying professionals and executives sharing this philosophy, fostering the diversity and the pluralism, being connected in a democratic way with the public, adopting the responsible consumption, respecting the differences and cultivating the freedom of expression and the transparency in the commercial relations.
Active in the communities in which is inserted, Frisa® tries to participate actively in the life of the persons stimulating the development of the individuals since their childhood. This work is guided by the belief that the company puts in the transformation potential and growth of the persons, without distinguishing color, sex, race or religion. For us, everybody is singular and has a treasure: the life.

TRANSFORMAR PROJECT
Established in 2012 through a partnership between Frisa®, APAE-Colatina and SESI/SENAI-Colatina, Transformar Project is a pioneer program aiming at including special young people in the labor market. Headquartered in Colatina (ES), Frisa® is the biggest supporter of the project since 2012 and it was created due to the need to offer opportunities to include special young people of the city in the labor market. Over 200 special young people were in the project and around 50 occupy positions in the labor market.

NO TO FOOD WASTE
In mid-2015, we began the “No to Food Waste” project, which aims to raise the awareness of employees of all the units on the need to reduce the volume of discarded food. In order to do that, internal actions are developed and are showing good results. A percentage of the total volume of food that is not wasted is donated monthly to local charity institutions.
