Ingredients

  • 1 can of Frisa®’s Almôndegas
  • 400g of spaghetti
  • 2 tomatoes in small dices
  • 1 onion in small dices
  • 1 yellow pepper in small dices
  • 2 garlic cloves in small dices
  • 200ml tomato sauce
  • 30ml of olive oil
  • 4 liters of water
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation Steps

1. Open the can of Frisa®’s Almôndegas, add a little bit of hot olive oil and the garlic in dices to a pan, leave to roast.

2. Add the tomato, the onion and the pepper and braise for 2 minutes.

3. Put the tomato sauce, half a glass of water and leave to cook for 10 minutes.

4. Put 4 liters of water to boil and, when it begins to boil, add the salt.

5. Add the dough and leave until is al dente.

6. Put in a dough colander, add the olive oil and keep it.

7. Mix the dough with the sauce, stir carefully to mix and serve.

Side dish: grated cheese on top
