Sirloin steak

Sirloin is a meat which has a lateral fat layer that makes it soft and juicy and gives it a strong flavor. It can be used for beef steaks, stroganoff, grilled, roast beefs, medallions, barbecues, grills and roasts. The Premium line is even softer for having a uniform fat layer.
