Ingredients

  • 1/2kg of Frisa®’s Linguiça Mista em Banha
  • 1 kg of big monalisa potato
  • Olive oil to fry
  • Toothpicks

Preparation Steps

1. Peel all potatoes.

2. With the help of a vegetable slicer or with a knife, slice potatoes horizontally and in thin pieces, keep them.

3. Cut Frisa®’s Linguiça Mista em Banha in three or four parts according to the size of the potato. If the potato is quite big, cut in three or two parts. If it is not that big, cut in three or four parts.

4. Roll the slices of potato in the small pieces of Frisa® Linguiça Mista em Banha.

5. Put the toothpicks in the tips of potatoes and sausages to stick them together.

6. Fry in hot olive oil.
