Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 spoon of grated parmesan cheese
- Butter to fry the omelette
- 1 spoon (of dessert) of cream cheese
- 4 slices of Frisa®’s Apresuntado
- Salt and black pepper to taste
1. In a bowl, stir the eggs, the salt and the grated cheese. Keep it.
2. Chop Frisa®’s Apresuntado and mix it with the cream cheese, keep it.
3. Put the butter in the frying pan and then put it in the fire. When it is hot, put the omelette and reduce the fire.
4. Leave to fry until the top is dry and the omelette is not sticking in the frying pan.
5. Turn the omelette and spread the mixture of cream cheese and Frisa®’s Apresuntado.
6. Fold the omelette with care so it doesn’t dismantle and turn it until it gets golden brown.
Side dish: matchstick potato
