Ingredients
- 1 cup of rice
- 600g of Frisa®’s Linguiça Calabresa
- 1/2 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 can of corn
- 1 medium carrot in small dices
- 50g of green olives
- 50g of champignon
- Cooked eggs
- 30ml of olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 3 cups of water
1. Chop the garlic and the onion in small dices and broil with olive oil.
2. When the onion is transparent, add salt to taste and the rice. Stir well to mix grains to the olive oil and fry them a little. Put two cups and a half of water, leave cooking in high heat and, after boiling, lower the heat to dry the water in bottom. Keep it.
3. Cut the Brazilian sausage in small dices and fry them with a little bit of olive oil.
4. Chop the mushrooms and the olives and keep them.
5. After the rice is cold, add the other chopped items and stir well.
6. Put in the fire with 1/2 cup of water and heat to serve.
