Ingredients
- 4 Frisa®’s Hamburgers de Boi
- 4 hamburger breads
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 small tomato
- 8 leaves of lettuce
- 200g of onion
- 300g of brown sugar
- 300ml of water
- 15ml of olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
1. Slice the onions in half moon. In a pan out of the fire, add the water and the sugar and stir well to dilute most of the sugar in the water. Put in the fire and do not stir until beginning to boil.
2. When it begins to boil, add the onions, stir well so that the syrup incorporates each slice of onion and leave 5 more minutes in light boiling with low fire. Keep it.
3. Add the oil in a hot frying pan and put Frisa®’s Hamburgers for 2 minutes each side. After searing both sides of Frisa®’s Hamburger, turn again and add the cheese, sprinkle some drops of water in the hot frying pan and stifle with a lid for 1 minute. Keep it.
4. Open the bread, put a little bit of butter and put them in the same frying pan.
5. Make the sandwich with hamburger, lettuce, tomato, bacon, onions and Frisa®’s Hamburger.
