Preparation Steps
1. In a medium pan in high heat, melt the butter. After the butter is melted, put the flour and stir well for 1 minute. Add the milk and stir to mix the ingredients.
2. When boiling, lower the fire and add the onion, the laurel and the carnations and leave for 10 minutes. Add the curry and the nutmeg and stir well. Add the pepper and monitor the taste, the heat and the color. Keep it.
3. Add the olive oil to a hot frying pan and put Frisa®’s Hamburgers for 4 minutes each side. After searing both sides Frisa®’s Hamburger, turn again and add the cheese, sprinkle some drops of water in the hot frying pan and stifle with a lid for 1 minute. Keep it.
4. Cut the bacon in thin slices, place them on a plate (microwave-friendly) with four leaves of paper towel. Cover with four more leaves of paper towel and put in the microwave for 5 minutes.
5. Open the breads, put a little bit of butter and put them in the same frying pan.
6. Make the sandwich with hamburger, lettuce, spicy curry sauce, tomato, Bacon and Frisa®’s Hamburger.
Side dish: barbecue sauce
