Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 Frisa®’s Linguiça Mista Defumada
- Oregano to taste
- 50g of grated cheese
- 15ml of olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Leaves of basil to taste
1. In a bowl, put the eggs and turn on the mixer for 3 minutes until becoming a light and soft cream. Add a pinch of salt, a pinch of ground black pepper and leaves of basil to taste.
2. In a frying pan, slightly fry the slices of sausage so that they can be lightly golden and begin to release the fat. Keep it. Put oil in a non-stick frying pan and leave to heat. Put the mixture of eggs and put slices of sausage in a half of the omelette with the cheese. With a spatula, turn the other side. Leave to golden brown and serve hot.
