Ingredients
- 150g of Frisa®’s Mortadela
- 2 spoons (of soup) of cream cheese
- 3 spoons (of soup) of mayonnaise
- Parsley and scallion to taste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
1. Chop the mortadella and put in a processor only to grind it in smaller pieces for 30 seconds.
2. Put the other ingredients and stir until obtaining the desired consistency.
Side dish: bread with grains
