Mortadella Paté

Ingredients

  • 150g of Frisa®’s Mortadela
  • 2 spoons (of soup) of cream cheese
  • 3 spoons (of soup) of mayonnaise
  • Parsley and scallion to taste
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation Steps

1. Chop the mortadella and put in a processor only to grind it in smaller pieces for 30 seconds.

2. Put the other ingredients and stir until obtaining the desired consistency.

Side dish: bread with grains
