Ingredients
- 150g of Frisa®’s Mortadela
- 200g of ricotta
- 3 spoons (of soup) of ricotta cream
- 1 spoon (of soup) of mayonnaise
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Scallion or nirá to tie
1. Put the ricotta, the ricotta cream, the mayonnaise, the salt and the seasonings in the processor to make dough balls. Wrap with slices of Frisa®’s Mortadela in trouxinhas. Tie with the scallion or nirá.
Side dish: apple jam
